I have extensive experience developing and delivering bespoke training packages and more extensive programmes, as well as training others to deliver these training packages.
Training programmes including those designed to increase effective team working and relationships, professional knowledge, vocational skills, holistic thinking and reflective abilities.
Each training is designed to meet the specific needs of the particular organisation. The process starts with a meeting to understand the types of learning, growth and changes the organisation would like to make, and the logistical parameters within which the training will be set.
Having worked with many types of organisations and institutions for over twenty eight years, I understand the impact internal dynamics can sometimes have on delivering effective change. I work collaboratively, providing confidential professional support, working with key stakeholders offering an independent solution to help the organisation reach its potential.
Trainings can be delivered in a range of formats and group sizes. I work closely with a number of Chartered Psychologists to facilitate large interactive training programmes.
